At Mycube Safe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home security investment. If your safe isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 35-day return window for all products in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 35 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Safe

  Carefully pack your Mycube in its original box with all internal protective foam, manuals, and emergency keys to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger models.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee.
